Data deletion requests

If you have messaged ALL DAY Tattoo on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp and want us to delete your messages and personal data:

1. Email admin@alldaytattoo.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, and include your Instagram username, Facebook name or WhatsApp number. You can also send the same request by direct message to @alldaytattoobkk.
2. We delete your conversation records and attachments from our customer-service systems within 30 days, and confirm by email or message when it is done.
3. We may keep a minimal record where Thai law requires it, such as booking, payment or tax records.

คำขอลบข้อมูล

หากท่านเคยส่งข้อความถึง ALL DAY Tattoo ทาง Instagram, Facebook หรือ WhatsApp และต้องการให้เราลบข้อความและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน:

1. ส่งอีเมลถึง admin@alldaytattoo.com หัวข้อ “Data deletion request” พร้อมระบุชื่อผู้ใช้ Instagram ชื่อ Facebook หรือหมายเลข WhatsApp ของท่าน หรือส่งคำขอเดียวกันทางข้อความถึง @alldaytattoobkk
2. เราจะลบประวัติการสนทนาและไฟล์แนบออกจากระบบบริการลูกค้าภายใน 30 วัน และแจ้งยืนยันทางอีเมลหรือข้อความเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จ
3. เราอาจเก็บข้อมูลบางส่วนที่จำเป็นตามที่กฎหมายไทยกำหนด เช่น ข้อมูลการจอง การชำระเงิน หรือภาษี
